Refund policy

The Short Version 

We put care into every package so it arrives just right. Because our gift boxes often include food, personalised notes, and one-off collaborations, we can’t accept returns for change of mind. But if something isn’t as it should be, we’ll always do our best to make it right.

 

When We Can Help

Please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • An item is damaged or faulty.
  • Your gift pack is missing something.
  • You received the wrong item.

Just send us an email at goodvibes@goodnessstudio.com.au with your order number and photos if possible. We’ll work quickly to find the best solution - whether that’s a replacement, store credit, or refund.

 

When We Can’t Accept Returns

Because of the nature of our products, we can’t accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or if the recipient simply doesn’t like the item.
  • Opened or used items (including food, beauty, or wellness products).
  • Personalised notes or custom gift packs.

 

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • Timing may vary depending on your bank, but usually within 5–10 business days.

 

A Note on Handmade & Collaborations

Many of our products are made by local makers, artists, and small businesses. Variations in colour, texture, or finish are part of the beauty of handmade goods - they’re not considered faults, but signs of authenticity.
