We offer free local hand-delivery for customers located within 5km of South Melbourne.

Eligible suburbs include:

If your delivery address falls within this area, free local delivery will be automatically applied at checkout.

 

Free Local Pickup - South Melbourne

Free local pickup is available for all customers.

  • Pickup location: Level 5, 111 Cecil Street, South Melbourne. Vic 3205

  • Pickup times: Monday–Friday, 10am–9am

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for collection.

 

Address Verification for Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available only for addresses within the eligible 5km radius from South Melbourne.

If a delivery address is found to be outside the local delivery area, the order may be subject to standard shipping fees. In this case, we’ll contact you before dispatch to arrange payment of the correct postage.
