  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone if we believe there’s been misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

 

3. Products & Availability

  • We do our best to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. Occasionally, errors or variations may occur (because, well, we’re human).
  • Some products are limited in quantity and may sell out quickly. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative, refund, or credit.

 

4. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
  • Payment is required at checkout. We accept major credit cards, Afterpay, PayPal, and other secure methods listed on our site.
  • Once an order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Please check it carefully and let us know straight away if something looks wrong.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship Australia-wide. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are provided at checkout.
  • Standard delivery times are estimates only - once your parcel is in the hands of Australia Post or another courier, we cannot guarantee exact arrival dates.
  • Same-day local delivery (Melbourne metro) is available by special arrangement (delivery fee applies). Contact us directly via email or WhatsApp to arrange.
  • Gifted Packages is not liable for delays, lost parcels, or damages once your order has been dispatched, but we’ll always do our best to help resolve issues with carriers.

 

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our products (gift boxes, food items, personalised notes), we generally cannot accept returns for change of mind.
  • If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at goodvibes@goodnessstudio.com.au with your order number and photos, so we can resolve it quickly.
  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed back to your original payment method.

 

7. Personalised Messages & Custom Orders

  • We love helping you add a personal touch! Please ensure any gift messages provided are appropriate. We reserve the right to refuse inclusion of offensive or inappropriate content.
  • Custom orders are subject to approval and may have different processing times.

  • All content on this site - including images, artwork, product descriptions, designs, and branding - is the property of Gifted & Sorted Pty Ltd or our collaborators and suppliers.
